Troscan is sold to the trade (design industry professionals) wholesale. If you are not a design professional, we ask that you request pricing from our sales partners listed in the representative showrooms section. Design professionals with a resale number can register online and receive access to our tear sheets and trade price guide.

Troscan is sold exclusively through regional showrooms (as listed on our showrooms section) and through our home showroom in Chicago. Please reach out to the nearest regional showroom for product information, pricing or purchasing information. If there is not a showroom in your region, you may reach out to Troscan directly for more information.

Yes, but we can only give retail pricing. We advise end-user clients to reach out to their regional showroom directly or to us for a designer referral in the event that they are not working with anyone.

Some items may be available in stock or as quick ship items. Typically however we are a made to order collection and require lead times that vary based on current work load or component availability.

Typically, our standard lead times are about 12-14 weeks from receipt of deposit, finish selection, approved drawing (if necessary) and COM/COL for standard items. Custom orders are 14-16 weeks from receipt of the above information.

Depending on the item and lead time requested we may be able to accommodate for an upcharge. Please contact your representative showroom to facilitate this request.

With the exception of the Bella Chairs, Troscan does not offer leather or fabric; all upholstery is COM/COL (customer’s own material/leather). Once an order is placed, the fabric or leather should be sent to the following address:

Troscan leather is a rigid, specifically milled leather not suitable for many upholstery applications therefore it is used exclusively on the Bella Chair, Inish Chair & Bench and Basi Table top and is not available as cut square footage for purchase.

Almost all of our pieces can be customized within certain size, style, material, and finish parameters. Please inquire though your local representative.

Depending on the item and the quantity purchased we may offer a discount. Please contact your representative showroom to facilitate this request.

We typically send out samples for approval with a purchase order only. Our showrooms have loaner sets of finishes and larger samples for review. We ask that clients refer to our finish samples section of the website when selecting finishes.
